Texas Chili Company began doing business in December 1952, making "brick" chili from an old recipe. Chili was prepared and filled into a rectangular "brick shaped" pan and frozen, thus the name brick chili. Although the packaging has changed, the company still produces this type of chili and markets it in supermarkets in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and parts of New Mexico. Over the years Texas Chili Company has expanded into the Foodservice market. Adding products such as our Texas “One Step” Chili, Chili With Beans, Hot Dog Chili Sauce, Smokey’s Chopped BBQ, and Beef Taco Filling. We offer delicious, high quality products, which you just “Heat ‘n Serve”.
